"I think a lot of times, especially in a smaller rural school, folks often think well, what do you need the land for," Dr. Darter explained. "For us, we want our students to be successful. I saw that really early on. There were some things that we were able to work together and do some systems and processes and planning, and since then we’ve just kind of followed that plan and things have gone really well for us since then."
